Doc needs updating

Hi Fred,

The TFDVD-9 Maker process docs need a little updating to reflect Gear's new capability to pad the files to make the layer break cell we choose fall on an ECC block start boundary. And Gear is working on making the break all internal within their program, which will relegate the TFDVD-9 maker process into a museum piece (about time).

Meanwhile, please contact me privately, and we'll see what we can do. (trai AT comcast.net)
