We are trying to create a DVD that has a button over two video tracks (track1 and track2). When the button is pressed the DVD goes to a chapter on track3. Once that chapter ends on track3, the DVD goes back to the video track it came from.
This is the flow of control over 2 tracks (track1, track2) and track3
1. Scripted on the button over track1 video
a. move, GPRM 0, track1::Chapter 1
b. Jump track3:: Chapter 1
2. After playing track3::Chapter 1. Scripted to Chapter 1
a. Jump Indirect GPRM 0
3. Goes and plays the last track: track1::Chapter 1
User may choose and press track2 button and in this case
1. Scripted on the button over track2 video
a. move, GPRM 0, track2::Chapter 1
b. Jump track3::Chapter 1
2. After playing track3::Chapter 1. Scripted to Chapter 1
a. Jump Indirect GPRM 0
3. Goes and plays the last track: track2::Chapter 1
When trying this on simulation on DVD Studio Pro 2 it works perfectly. However when the DVD is burned, the DVD after playing track3 always returns to track1 even if the last track played was track2. Even when checking the simulation info, the GPRM is being written correctly with the right current track yet still after track3, the DVD still defaults to track1.
Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi Digifilm,
Something is getting lost in the abstaction layer, I would guess. This is the kind of problem for which Tracer was designed, but it can take a bit of effort to follow through and understand what is happening.
I would be very glad to take a look at it, if you could send me a sample project. I could try to reproduce what you are describing, but having a live project is much better. If you wish, mail it to me at:
