Currently OS-X has no native Blu Ray support, but players like Flip4Mac and possibly VLC, Miro, MPlayer etc. are able to play the elementary streams of the various codecs to a greater or lesser extent - for example, Flip4Mav plays WVC-1 files.
However I don't know if any of them will play from a muxed BD file directly - it would be nice if you could just rename them as WMV, as is possible with VOB files, for example.
Not without demuxing, afaik...
